Welcome to Careers at El Siete

El Siete (“The Seven”) is an agave-forward cocktail bar inspired by El Colmillo, the cult Mexico City nightclub opened by Sam Hart and Crispin Somerville in the 1990s. The name and iconography reference 52 Versalles Street and the place that first sparked their long-standing love for Mexico City’s music, design and nightlife.

The drinks programme is firmly rooted in agave culture, shaped by years spent in Mexican palenques, cantinas and destination bars. Guests can expect best-in-class margaritas, original agave-based cocktails and refined classics, seven of each, plus seven non-alcoholic options, alongside a carefully curated selection of sipping mezcales and tequilas.

Tucked behind a discreet entrance beneath El Pastor on Brewer Street, the low-lit, neon-inflected 60-cover lounge is designed for table service, late nights and lingering conversations, offering a warm, fun and deliciously bewitching experience in the heart of Soho.
